Singapore: 14 February 2017 - Global insights consultancy Kantar TNS has appointed Stephane Sanchez as Regional Head of Customer Strategies, Asia Pacific. Stephane will take up the position in March, based out of the Singapore office.

In his new role, Stephane will lead and develop the company’s Customer Strategies practice across Asia Pacific markets, directing a dedicated team of customer experience experts to help clients unlock the moments that develop customer relationships and deliver effective customer experience strategies.

Stephane joins from Caterpillar, where he was Global Customer Experience & Design Project Manager, responsible for global transformation work streams, expertise and talent development, and innovation projects. He has over ten years’ experience in the region.
