She has over twenty years of experience in research and consulting across the emerging markets of Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America and is a recognised expert on Brand Development and Strategy.
During this time she has advised global clients such as Unilever, Motorola, P&G, Diageo, Danone, Kraft, SCA and Mead Johnson. Her work extends across the Consumer, Technology, Financial Services, Lifestyle and Travel sectors. She also pioneered children and teens research in the Indian market.
Poonam is regular speaker at industry events and has won both the ESOMAR Asia Best Presentation Award and the WPP Atticus Award, honouring original marketing thinking.
