Mary Ann Packo has been CEO of Millward Brown North America for nearly 10 years, where she has led its cross-portfolio expansion through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions of digital, consulting and analytics businesses.

Prior to Millward Brown, Mary Ann was a pioneer in the Internet and digital media measurement industry as President of Media Metrix from start-up through to IPO and international expansion. Media Metrix remains the global Internet standard today as the foundational service of comScore. Previously, Mary Ann held leadership positions with a number of global marketing research agencies, including NPD, Ipsos and NFO (acquired by Kantar TNS).
