Her role focuses on driving operational efficiencies and effectiveness across the region, enhancing alignment with key internal and supplier partners, to improve quality and cost competitiveness.

A core focus of her role is to ensure that the Kantar Insights brands stay at the leading edge of research technologies to improve respondent access, experience and information integrity. Desre has worked in market research for over 20 years, and has vast experience in data collection on CATI, CAPI and mobile. Desre was instrumental in the implementation of mobile studies across Africa and the Middle East, resulting in continued efficiencies and faster delivery of data for clients.
