Chief Executive
David Lowden was appointed Chief Executive of TNS in January 2006. He has since restructured the business to meet clients’ demands for: cost effectiveness and quality of data collection; increased insight and analysis; innovation; and globalisation of services.
David’s focus is on ensuring that TNS builds on its strong position in the industry to become the global leader in delivering value-added information and insights that help TNS clients make more effective business decisions.
David joined TNS in February 1999 as Finance Director and in 2003 became Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the group’s regional operations.
Prior to joining TNS, David was Senior VP and CFO, initially of Nielsen International and then of AC Nielsen, having previously worked at Norcross plc and Federal Express. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a BA in Business & Administration.
