His expertise covers the entire innovation journey; from identifying and prioritising white space opportunities, idea generation, product development and optimisation to pricing, packaging, volumetrics, and bringing new products to market. As p-art of his role Ray leads a team of experts across the region who partner with manufacturers to bring successful innovations to market.
He is regularly published in marketing and business publications and is often invited to speak on his perspective on developing winning innovation strategies. His work on innovation has earned him a WPP Atticus Award, honouring original marketing thinking.
