Tara Prabhakar from Kantar TNS discusses the reasons behind abandoned shopping carts in the online space. She was speaking as part of Kantar TNS D3 2016: Delivering Impact in a Connected World, a summit exploring the opportunities and challenges that digitalisation presents, held in Bangkok in March 2016. In the session, Tara talks about how by understanding the different roles the shopping cart is playing, retailers can create strategies for each of those roles to lead to purchases.
