Corporate governance
The board practises good corporate governance and supports the principles of the revised code issued in November 2006.
The board is pleased to confirm that throughout 2007 the group complied in full with all the provisions of the June 2006 version of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, with the sole exception that following the resignation of Sharon Studer and until Drummond Hall was appointed there were only two independent non-executive directors appointed to the audit committee.
