TNS Moldova employs 26 people, who are experienced specialists in the field of sociology, marketing, psychology, mathematics, statistics, IT. The company's managers regularly attend special trainings both in Moldova and abroad.

The company has wide network of interviewers – more than 300 people, which covers all territory of Moldova. All interviewers were specially trained in accordance with international standards. The quality of interviewers’ work is verified by an independent network of fieldwork controllers.
