TNS Media Intelligence UK (TNSMIUK) enables clients to understand how to enhance their media exposure and get the most value from their advertising, media and sponsorship expenditure. Our technology ensures the provision of continually updated information, to permit timely tactical changes to communications plans.
JOB PURPOSE
To act as a client services co-ordinator and operate a twilight and evening shift in order to deal with ever changing 24/7 PR market. Essentially, the role will form a crucial part of the sales team taking out of hours sales enquiries from all clients and making proactive calls as news breaks in the evening.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for delivering evening client services support to all clients
- Making proactive sales calls to new and existing clients as and when new news stories break.
- Ensuring all orders are processed in accordance with deadlines
- Taking incoming calls from all clients and processing all orders as necessary
- Conducting client searches from time to time and producing coverage lists when urgent news stories break
- Producing night shift activity sheets
- Participating in ad hoc sales projects as when required or requested by the GSM or DSM
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of World, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and work to firm deadlines.
- Team player with a creative and innovative outlook.
- Able to work on own initiative as this is an evening role and may need to be conducted at times in isolation.
- Must have the relevant skills and competencies to deliver client satisfaction at the highest level
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday – 3.30pm – 11.00pm
