Recognition culture

We have run the award programme successfully for the past three years.

Remuneration and bonus

Our compensation principles and structure are aimed at setting global standards while meeting local needs. We operate a number of bonus and share schemes suited to different employees. The Group’s remuneration principles are reviewed annually to ensure appropriate focus on incentives and to strengthen the link between remuneration and individual, team and company performance. We apply these principles across the group to all employees.
