At the senior levels of management, we use 360° skills feedback and behavioural analysis to develop strategies to help managers lead themselves, others and the business through change. The developmental work involves effectively translating concepts into actions, gaining an understanding of self and others and developing action plans to move the business forward.
TNS values individuals who display the right attitude as well as achieving the right results. We have begun to assess and develop attitude and adaptability as part of a new senior leadership programme, Leading Out Loud, which has been especially tailored to meet our specific needs and goals.
Our new Talent Management Programme places additional focus on individuals with the critical skill sets required to achieve the Group’s strategic goals. Regular talent reviews assess strengths and development areas and identify potential role successors and career planning. They provide us with insight into our people and allow us to improve the effectiveness and consistency of our talent activity, across attraction, selection, development, assessment, compensation, career development and succession.
