The 20th Global TRI*M Conference 2010

The Future of Customer Experience Management - Strategies for Engaging with your Stakeholders

The 20th Global TRI*M Conference was hosted by Margit Huber, Global Head of Stakeholder Management at TNS and took place from March 17 to 19, 2010 in Berlin, Germany.

More than 150 TNS consultants and over 90 of their clients followed the three day program of presentations on Stakeholder Management, inspiring discussions and stimulating networking events.

All 250 visitors from 37 countries engaged in lively discussions during the annual Knowledge Fair – exchanging experiences and ideas with our global experts in the fields of Customer Retention in different industries, Corporate Reputation Management, Employee Experience Management, Qualitative Research, Business Intelligence and many more.

Interactive sessions also played a strong role in the plenum when qualitative researchers Luc Rens and Richard Gehling activated participants to stimulate their “outside-the-box” thinking. Very strong client presentations helped to gain insights on how companies work with their market research results and which outcomes can be achieved.

An inspirational key note speech by Richard Hilmer, TNS Managing Director Political and Social in Germany held a lot of Berlin history in store as well as many explanations, why Berlin is a great place for research and innovation.
