The 19th Global TRI*M Conference
Extending Horizons - Servicing Stakeholders beyond their expectations
The 19th Global TRI*M Conference was hosted by Margit Huber, Global Head of Stakeholder Management at TNS and took place from March 11 to 13, 2009 in Hauppauge, Long Island in the State of New York.
More than 120 TNS consultants and 50 of their clients followed the three day program of presentations on Stakeholder Management, engaged in inspiring discussions and enjoyed stimulating networking events.
All 174 visitors from 25 countries followed this years’ Conference theme “Extending Horizons” by involving themselves in topics like Customer Experience Management, Corporate Reputation and Stakeholder Management in challenging times. A strong focus was also placed on what drives customer reactivation – with this years’ key note speech by Prof. Jacquelyn S. Thomas of Southern Methodist University on the subject of “Dormant or Lost?”.
The Conference bore very positive feedback from participants who voiced their impressions right away and in our event evaluation following the Conference.
The TRI*M Index for the event reached a level of 93, stabilising last years tremendous success in numerical terms. Some comments from participating clients:
